In the mornings we divide and conquer on getting the kids to school.  In the evenings we split up and read to each boy.  We are a family and for the most part play man to man coverage with the youngsters. I feel sorry so families that have to play zone coverage on their kids.  I come from a big family and I really enjoyed it growing up but man it is surprising that my parents are still sane.  Here is a shout out to any family that has more than two kids.  Unless you have a nanny full time in that situation you are out numbered.
